WHAT IS IT?

It’s hard to believe that movies could be anything more than entertainment. But your favorite movies are stories of characters who grow and change. These characters are connected to you personally because they are your favorite movies. Therefore, your movies provide more than words but lasting visual articulations of your specific and unique brand of leadership.

Choose from three individual development plans (or create your own customized plan), each designed to leverage the visual power of your favorite movies to increase self-awareness, as well as grow key leadership qualities.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The plans are customized for people leaders and/or potential people leaders.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each plan is to be delivered as four 1 day sessions, spread over your choice of either 1 year, 8 months or 4 months. Participants start with identifying their top 10 favorite movies, which form a visual palette to uncover your story as a leader and person. Each session will involve a 1-on-1 exploration with a REEL facilitator of your movies’ characters to uncover deep insights into growth opportunities for yourself.

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

Based on the individual plan, outcomes could include how to handle change, learn a new paradigm for decision-making, see what triggers you, increase your empathy quotient and an invitation to experience more of your leadership capabilities and dimension as a person.
