WHAT IS IT?

REEL Experiences has always had at its core- helping people see their story more clearly and then share that story to feel seen by their team. REEL Listening is an opportunity to lean in to each other’s movies to discover why every person’s top 10 movies list is different.

WHO IS IT FOR?

REEL Listening is designed for teams still committed to discovering, celebrating and maximizing one another’s differences to create a team culture of inclusion and belonging.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Participants explore their top 10 movies to identify movie moments that give image to their story, the way they want to be seen, and their individual brand of exclusion and inclusion/belonging.

WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES?

The outcomes from a REEL Listening experience is greater empathy between team members, that leads to a more engaged and collaborative team. Team members know how each person on their team wants to specifically be included.
