WHAT IS IT?

Our most popular series, REEL WIZARD OF EQ is a four-part series designed to explore the four essential aspects of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, self-leadership and empathy. This is all done through the fun and power of team members’ favorite movies.

WHO IS IT FOR?

REEL WIZARD OF EQ is for team leaders who want to develop their team members in key areas of emotional intelligence, over a period of time. If there ever was a time for teams to invest in their people’s emotional well-being, it is now.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

REEL WIZARD OF EQ is a series that consists of 4 parts that are ideally spread over an 8 month time period. Each experience is 3 hours and can be delivered virtually over Zoom. The series can be treated as a monthly subscription, spreading your investment over time as well as allowing REEL to provide pull-through materials during the months between experiences (CLICK HERE for comparisons). Team members have access to our custom REEL app to discover and submit their Top 10 movies, as well as for pull-through activities and to review insights discovered about themselves and other team members.
