WHAT IS IT?

The ROAD TO WE is a themed gathering/corporate event/retreat that fosters a company cultural identity of unity and teamwork. Piloted in 2020 as a week-long training event for over 300 people, this virtual experience produced live, includes interactive fun, emceeing, thematically-enriched talks and REEL content that guides team members through their favorite movies to find the road to “WE.”

WHO IS IT FOR?

THE ROAD TO WE is for the company gathering, retreat or training that needs to be reimagined virtually. Specifically, this is for leaders who are looking for a positive roadmap to a culture of collaboration, trust, respect and diversity of stories and strengths of each team member.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We sit down with your leadership team to customize a solution that could either be end-to-end (i.e.- producing the event as well as providing content) or fit in single time block for team connection. We leverage the structure of both the buddy adventure (i.e.- Tommy Boy, Toy Story, etc.) as well as the team-up (i.e.- Avengers, Oceans 11) to present an overarching roadmap to “WE”, and then we dive into team members’ favorite movies to unify around a common desire, contributing their individual heroic traits.

First of all, your virtual event will be fun, visual and interactive. Second, in a season of divisiveness in our culture, you will be pioneering the alignment of your company culture towards unity. Finally, team members will have a practical next step to pull-through their learning as teams.
